Worst Moment in Rugby: Being cheated by the Ref v Orkney late eighties, Being dropped by Durham City for a 2nd team final, having scored all the points in the semi. Being dropped by Alistair v Craig Dunain,
Worst Away ground: Horden Collery RFC, North of England – outside baths & cold water
Preferred Position: Anywhere in the Back Row, as long as Donnie is No 8
Favourite Pub: Some Pub during our Wales Tour in 1982 – convinced the Birds I was a Helicopter Pilot in the Falklands
Toughest Opponents: Preston Lodge, while playing for Musselburgh, they hated us & thought us snobs, almost broke my ankle from a kick from PL Flanker or is it *anker. Ian Cloughly and lately, Beef specially on ‘Boxing Day’ Games. Has anyone told Beef your not meant to take ‘Boxing’ Day literally?
In 10 Years I want to Be: Still allowed to go on tour with SYRFC & watching my Grandson James playing rugby.
